Welcome to Medowie Public School. We hope the information found on this website will answer many of the questions you may have about our wonderful school.
Medowie Public School is located in an attractive semi-rural setting. The traditional Aboriginal people of our community, the Worimi, aptly named Medowie as a ‘Place of Tall Trees’. This is evident in our school’s expansive grounds with many large trees for our children to imaginatively play among. Our school is also fortunate to be supported by committed student, staff and community members who work together collaboratively to uphold the school’s core values of respect, responsibility and quality.
The school’s motto ‘Futuris Nobis’ highlights the passion our staff have for ensuring all students are prepared for the future. This involves teaching our students in a nurturing and innovative environment that challenges them to achieve their personal best in all areas of the school curriculum.
Thankyou for taking the time to learn more about our school by exploring this website and sharing our wonderful learning experiences.
